Javits Center General Counsel Bradley Siciliano has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, a new role that will help to streamline operations throughout the organization, improve the delivery of services to our customers and expand the impact of the convention center.

Bradley, who joined the Javits Center in 2014, will be responsible for the development, design, operation and improvement of all systems that create and deliver the services provided at the Javits Center, including all financial, facilities and infrastructure, human resources, labor and sales and marketing operations. Bradley will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the continued success of the Javits Center as the organization prepares for the completion of the ongoing expansion project, which will bring more exhibition and meeting room space, an on-site truck garage and a rooftop event space overlooking the Hudson River.

Doors to the expanding building are scheduled to open in 2021.

Bradley has served as the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Ethics Officer for the New York Convention Center Operating Corporation, which operates the Javits Center. In that role, he has overseen all legal activities, including commercial transactions, government regulatory requirements, corporate governance and ethics, labor and employee relations and litigation management.

Before joining the Javits Center team, Bradley served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to Sharp Electronics Corporation and Assistant General Counsel to JVC Americas Corporation, as well as a commercial litigator at Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam and Roberts and Golenbock, Eiseman, Assor and Bell. Bradley has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law, where he served on the Law Review.
