Korilla BBQ – one of the most widely recognized food trucks in the United States – now has a permanent location at the Javits Center, the busiest convention center in the country!
The new-age Korean barbecue hotspot is located on Level 1 at the Javits Center where visitors will be able to choose a base of rice bowl or tacos, before adding bulgogi, spicy pork, sweet chicken or organic tofu. Their creative pairings — such as bacon-kimchi fried rice — has led to an intense following among foodies and earned Korilla BBQ numerous awards.
“Korilla BBQ is one of the most sought-after dishes in New York City, and we are thrilled to have them in a permanent location at the Javits Center,” said Mariam Karim, Vice President of Guest Experience at the Javits Center. “Korilla BBQ is one of several new and exciting New York-inspired additions to our Food Court, allowing our customers to experience the diversity of the city’s thriving food scene all in one place.”
Since appearing on the first season of Food Network’s “The Great Food Truck Race,” Korilla BBQ has been celebrated by both food critics and enthusiasts, including being voted the #1 food truck in all of New York City by The Village Voice.
Other Food Court additions include: Luzzo's BK Neapolitan Pizza, Il Grano by Sogno Toscano and Yay! Street Tacos.
